Experience Lapland in complete peace with a private programme created around your group.
Spend an evening beneath the Northern sky, travel across the frozen landscapes of Lake Norvajärvi, explore Lapland by snowmobile or try traditional ice fishing with a local guide. With no other guests and no need to follow a standard group programme, you can enjoy the Arctic nature at your own pace.
Some Arctic moments are best experienced without crowds or a strict schedule. At Arctic Park, we create private Arctic experiences for families, couples and small groups looking for a more personal way to discover Lapland. Your programme can be built around the Northern Lights, ice fishing, a peaceful sleigh ride, a private snowmobile safari, reindeer encounters or time by the fire inside the kota.
Arctic Park is operated by a local Lapland family by Lake Norvajärvi, only 20 minutes from Rovaniemi. We share the places, activities and winter traditions that are part of our own life in the North. Share your wishes with us, and we will create a private programme tailored to your group, interests and schedule.
Leave the city lights behind and spend a peaceful evening surrounded by the snowy forests and open skies of Lake Norvajärvi.
The evening is reserved for your own group, allowing you to enjoy the Arctic surroundings without crowds. While waiting for the Northern Lights, you can meet our reindeer, walk through the quiet winter forest and warm up by the fire inside the kota.
The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed. Even if the auroras do not appear, the evening offers a genuine experience of Arctic nature beneath the dark Northern sky.
Travel into the peaceful winter landscape and discover one of Finland’s most traditional ways to spend time outdoors.
Your local guide will take you to the fishing location by a snowmobile-pulled sleigh. Surrounded by the frozen lake and snow-covered forest, you will learn how to prepare a fishing hole and try ice fishing for yourself.
A catch cannot be guaranteed, but the peaceful experience on the frozen lake is always the most important part of the journey.
Sit back and enjoy the journey as a snowmobile- pulled sleigh carries your group through the snowy surroundings of Lake Norvajärvi.
The sleigh ride is a relaxed way to experience the Arctic landscape without driving yourself. It can be included as part of an ice fishing trip, a private Northern Lights evening or a programme created especially for your family or group.
Explore the Arctic landscapes on a private snowmobile safari designed around your group.
Whether you are looking for a few hours of snowmobiling, a full-day adventure or an overnight expedition, the route and programme can be tailored to your wishes, experience level and available time. Longer adventures can include a complete support package with accommodation and meals, allowing you to travel deeper into the Lapland wilderness in comfort. A valid driving licence is required to drive a snowmobile.
A private programme can bring together the experiences that interest your group most. You may wish to begin with a sleigh ride, try ice fishing on the lake, meet our reindeer and finish the day by the fire inside the kota. Alternatively, you can set out on a private snowmobile safari, spend the night in the wilderness and enjoy a complete programme with accommodation and meals.
Each private experience is planned individually. This allows us to offer a programme that feels personal instead of following a standard itinerary.
